By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging Lion Ledger’s services, you consent to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply globally and are binding across all jurisdictions where Lion Ledger operates or is accessed.
Lion Ledger offers premium global financial services, including:
Financial Automation & Intelligent Systems
Virtual CFO & Strategic Finance Consulting
Global Accounting, Bookkeeping & Compliance
Tally Prime Customization & Enterprise Automation
BI Dashboards & Financial Reporting Systems
Lion Ledger reserves the right to update, upgrade, or discontinue any service in alignment with market demands or legal changes.
Clients must:
Provide accurate data and documents for successful delivery
Respond to communication in a timely and professional manner
Not misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer Lion Ledger’s tools, reports, or models
Settle invoices on agreed timelines
Failure to comply may lead to service suspension, contract termination, and legal enforcement.
All information shared with Lion Ledger is kept confidential. Clients agree not to disclose or misuse our insights, models, or processes. We offer separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) where required.
Any leak or misuse of confidential strategies or proprietary data will result in legal action under global confidentiality laws, including:
WIPO Enforcement
India’s Information Technology Act
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
EU GDPR and international privacy protocols
Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
All dashboards, automation systems, templates, models, financial tools, reports, and digital deliverables created by Lion Ledger are 100% owned by Lion Ledger and its founder, Gaurav Sathavara.
Clients are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights for internal business use only after full payment. Unauthorized duplication or sharing will trigger IP enforcement actions globally.
All payments must be made upfront or as per contract milestones.
Late payments incur penalties and possible service suspension.
Refunds are not offered post-project initiation, except in rare cases approved by LionLedger in writing.
All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Lion Ledger and Gaurav Sathavara shall not be liable for:
Data loss caused by client-side error
Regulatory issues arising from incorrect inputs by the client
Loss of revenue or indirect damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service only.
Lion Ledger is not liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, global pandemics, or infrastructure disruptions.
We may immediately suspend or terminate services if the client:
Breaches any of these terms
Attempts reputational harm
Refuses to comply with legal or financial obligations
Violates confidentiality or IP terms
Lion Ledger reserves the right to blacklist clients, pursue damages, and notify partner firms or platforms.
All digital and professional assets related to Gaurav Sathavara (Founder, Lion Ledger)
— including but not limited to his name, voice, image, strategies, and authored materials
— are protected under identity, branding, and intellectual property laws.
Any defamation, impersonation, or unauthorized commercial use will lead to strict legal action under:
India’s Cyber Law & Defamation Codes
Global Anti-Impersonation Law
IP Protection Treaties (WIPO, TRIPS)
Submitting a project form, email confirmation, or clicking “Accept” on our platform constitutes a legally binding agreement, enforceable under The Information Technology Act (India), UETA (USA), and eIDAS (EU).
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business model. You agree to be bound by the latest version published on Lion Ledger.
